Marketing Manager (MM)

1. Perform marketing programs and activities to achieve sales target
2. Gaining new and maintain strong partnership with existing tenants
3. Regularly control and review financial report
4. Having good leadership skills and strategic thinking
5. Bachelor/Master of Business / Management / Public Relation, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00
6. (Master) out of 4.00.
7. Max. age 35 years old. 3-5 yrs experience in property industry or related position

Promotion Manager - PM

1. Responsible for making and evaluate promotion planning programs to achieve sales target.
2. Perform publication and relationship building with pers and media.
3. Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Bachelor / Master in Marketing / Public Relation, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out
5. of 4.00.
6. Max. age 35 years old. 2-4 yrs experience in property industry or related position

Human Resource Information System Officer – HRIS

1. Support with making updates to HR System under guidance from HR Manager
2. Troubleshooting user queries
3. Helps prepare and review techical change for submission to 3rd Party Service Providers
4. Identify, trach, monitor and communicate on project related issues/statuses
5. Maintains and update varieties of data table
6. Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, HRIS System (ex. Sunfish) and Database Software Ms. SQL
7. Bachelor in IT Engineering. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
8. Having min. 2 years experience in related position would be advantage.

Land Acquisition Officer - PT

1. Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.
2. Contacting the owner of the land, the location and check the letter validity and negotiating the price.
3. Having good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Diploma/Bachelor in law/any major, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
5. Having 1-2 years experience in property would be advantage.

Fitting Out Officer – FO

1. Maintain good communication with existing and new tenants
2. Control renovation building or fitting out design with architectural principals
3. Having good negotiation and communication skills
4. Bachelor of Architect, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
5. Max. age 35 years old. 1-2 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position

Event Officer – EV

1. In charge of all event activities
2. Coordinating with supplier/ageny for media support

1. Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records

3. Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and

5. Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
6. Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.

8. Max. age 35 years old. Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in tax.
