Senior eCommerce Developer

Responsibilities:
The Senior eCommerce Developer will report to the Head of Technology and be responsible for building and growing the eCommerce websites in a fast-growing technology company. We are looking for a smart, enterprising and hands-on professional to help us build and manage technical projects and business development for our e-commerce company.

• Develop and maintain eCommerce projects
• Assist digital marketing team with technical approach
• Keeping up with the latest eCommerce technologies

Requirements:

1. Advanced skills in web technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery
2. Familiar with various programming frameworks like Zend, CI, etc
3. Experienced in eCommerce implementation using Magento, Prestashop, or any other popular eCommerce platforms

Search Engine Marketing Manager

The Search Engine Marketing Manager will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for building and growing the SEM team in a fast-growing technology company. We are looking for a smart, enterprising and hands-on professional to help us build and manage online marketing and business development for our e-commerce company.

• Develop a SEM strategy for clients and build a SEM team
• Manage and execute online advertising campaigns including SEM, Facebook and affiliate
• Assist with business development and sales

Requirements:

1. 2+years successful and hands-on experience in SEM team, preferably in e-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Assisting establishing an e-commerce operation for new client
• Working with order management software to fulfill client orders
• Attending supplier meetings
• Potentially some management of outsourced warehouse staff

INTERNSHIP and FULL TIME – DIGITAL MARKETING

This internship will last for six weeks, but excellent candidates will be offered an extension or a full time contract as an eCommerce Specialist at Vela.

Responsibilities:

• Managing social media accounts
• Development of marketing campaigns and online advertising
• Researching and reporting on digital marketing and eCommerce trends.

Requirements:

1. A strong capability in English
2. Minimum undergraduate degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
3. A background in marketing or graphic design is a bonus but not required
