Castrol Industrial Indonesia is a part of PT. Castrol Indonesia. Our primary business focuses on providing products & services to industrial customers which includes automotive, machinery, metals and cement manufacturers.
We have distributors in most of the main cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Semarang, Balikpapan, etc. The distributors stock our products and supply directly to the customers. All of our products are still imported from Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Belgium, etc.

Our name is at the forefront of motorsport - Castrol-sponsored drivers have broken the land speed record more than 20 times. Program Overview
The 1-year program will provide you with opportunities to learn and work in Sales department. You will be exposed to Lubricants business and build networks with customers and consumers, as well as teams from across the organization. You will be provided with the opportunity to manage our partner distributors to drive the company business growth and will responsible for improving the distribution and market penetration through effective distributors & channel management. All of the learning will be done in a professional, friendly and challenging working environment.

You will also be exposed to other departments in the company and build networks with stakeholders and teams from across our business. - Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Strong desire to begin your career in Sales in the lubricant industry
- Strong ambition and high drive for result
- Have positive and "can-do" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy meeting and connecting with people
- Good English, both oral and written
- Enjoy travelling and willing to be relocated to any area in Indonesia
- The program is expected to start in March 2014

- High passion in performing and learning
- Strong analytical skill with problem solving mind thinking process
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
