Total E&P Indonesia - Transportation Supervisor Total is a position that plays a role to perform the management and control West Papua District (WPD) Logistics Transportations, covering air, land and water transport operations to support exploration operations, through coordination with respective entities and supply base contractors. This role will be assigned to establish operational standards and procedures for WPD transportation dynamics and corresponding plan to provide proper and auditable business process.

Work Descriptions
As a Transportation Supervisor at Total E&P Indonesia, you will be responsible for provide a reliable and continuous logistics transportation to support exploration operation in safe and good performance in WPD Area in cost-optimized and time-effective manner. This includes support drilling and production operation in accordance to Company Rules, and HSE standards, through cost-efficient and time-effective methods.
Another task you should do in this position is to ensure the implementation of day-to-day activities of transportation, supervising the workload, schedules, tasks and other related functions, maintain and manage all databases related to transportation activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards in the transport function, and ensure maintenance of the vehicle in good running condition.
The Essential Functions
This role may require you to always be thorough in checking various things about transportation, and you must perform regular inspections for the purpose of ensuring the quality of work, performance and production, and to ensure that staff performance is meeting established standards and expectations Maintain personnel records and other information mandated route information is required eg, budget, vehicle inspection records, fuel use, time reports,
personnel records also the other duties of this position.
The Requirements
To become a Transportation Supervisor at Total, the candidates are expected to have a Diploma degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in lifting and handling activities of the oil and gas industry. In addition, the candidates must also have communication skills, teambuilding awareness, strong leadership, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, personnel and resources management skills, problem solving, strong leadership.
