MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

(MT-S1 and MT-D3)

Requirements

• Hold Bachelor degree (GPA min. 3) or Diploma degree (GPA min. 2.75) from reputable university
• Strong academic background from any discipline
• Maximum age 27 years old (MT S1) or 25 years old (MT D3)
• Self-confidence, analytical thinking and good appearance
• Good communication and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
• Hard worker and able to work on pressure
• Proven leadership skill in organizational activities
• Proficient in English and good computer skill
