Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)

The programs consist of in class training curriculum with comprehensive banking and a practical internship That Will Provide you with broad knowledge, skills and unparallel experience of banking management.

Applicants must meet the requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable Universities with 1 year experience or preferably Master Degree from International Universities with minimum GPA of 3:25
• Single, maximum 28 year of age
• Fluent in both oral and written english
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• High-motivated, Proactive, Adaptable, and Open Minded

Branch Manager (BM)

Requirements:

• Responsible for achieving branch targets and branch of service quality and operational
• Minimal S1
• Experience as a Branch Manager / Banking Capem at least 3 years
• Having experience in the field of credit is an added value
• Willing targeted and has an extensive network
• Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in all regions of Indonesia

Deputy Marketing Manager Lending (DMLM)

Requirements:

• Minimal S1
• Maximum age 37 years
• Experience as a Team Leader in Banking Lending at least 3 years
• Willing targeted and has an extensive network
• Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)
• Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu, Duri Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga

Appraisal

Requirements:

• Minimal S1
• Experience in the Appraisal min. 1 year
• Age max. 32 years.
• Have the ability to operate a computer.
• Customer Service (CS) and Teller (TL)
• Education minimum D3
• Maximum age 26 years
• Attract a disproportionate appearance, have good communication skills

Back Office (BO)

Requirements:

• Education minimum D3
• Maximum age 26 years
• Accounting background preferred, and has served a good soul
• Funding Officer (FO)
• Education minimum D3
• Has an extensive network and relationships to sell banking products

Card Business Officer (CBO)

Requirements:

• Education minimum D3
• Experience in marketing credit cards
• Has a customer base and extensive relationships

Operations Coordinator (OC)

Requirements:

• Minimal S1
• Maximum age 37 years
• Experience as an Operations Coordinator at least 4 years of banking
• Control of banking operations and accounting

Legal Officer (LO)

Requirements:

• S1 majoring in Legal Education
• Have at least 1 year working experience, particularly in the areas of Legal
• Understanding the legal aspects of banking business and the problem
• Have the interpersonal skills and good communication

Information Technology Specialist (IT)

Requirements:

• Having experience in the field of information technology at least 2 years in banking
• Minimum D3 majoring in computer / technical information
• Web programming, Java, PHP, Concepts Datawarehouse (ETL, BI / Business Intellegence)
• Min Certificate CCNA (Network), Linux
• Information Security Issues, SDLC Concept & Implementation
