Management Development Program

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable overseas or local university
• Male/Female, Age maximum 25 (Bachelor Degree) and 27 (Master Degree)
• GPA Minimum 3.00 (scale 4.00) for Bachelor Degree and Minimum 3.25 (Scale 4.00) for Master Degree.
• Pleasant personality, good communication, strong leadership and able to work independently or in a team
• Eager to be developed in all lines of business
• Willing to join training in Jakarta and to be placed in major branches across Indonesia
