PT Bank BNI Syariah is the Islamic subsidiary of state-owned bank PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Bank commenced to operate as a sharia commercial bank on June 2010. At present, PT Bank BNI Syariah is recognized as one of the largest sharia banks in Indonesia with controls total assets of Rp13.65 trillion (per June 2013). As of September 2013, BNI Syariah is based in Jakarta and has 64 branch offices, 161 sub branch office, 17 cas offices, 22 mobile services, and 16 payment points nationwide.

BNI Syariah records strong revenue growth in first semester of 2013, according to BNI Syariah's latest financial statements (FS June 2013). BNI Syariah booked Rp 54.41 billion in total net profit in the first semester of this year, boost 158.72 percent from Rp 21.03 billion in same period of 2012.

Sales Officer (SO)
Sales Assistant Dana (SA)

General Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Max age 35 years old (SO)
3. Max age 23 years old (SA)
4. Not married (SA)
5. Min S1, GPA min 2.75
6. At least 3 years of experience in banking (SO)
7. Preferably experienced in banking (SA)
8. Able to market funding and financing products (SO)
9. Able to market funding products (SA)
10. Familiar with Ms Office program
11. Have a leadership skill
12. Able to work with target
13. Creative, Tenacious, like the challenge and dedicated
