Darma Henwa was established in 1991 as general mining contractor company, listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in September 2007 with stock code DEWA.

The experience gained in completing projects with leading mining clients such as Aneka Tambang at Pulau Gebe Nickel, Freeport at Timika, Billiton at Lerokis & Kali Kuning Gold and Tanito Harum at Busang & Pondok Labu Coal is an indication of success in existing projects at Bengalon, Asam Asam, Berau and Malinau.

On the basis of financial restructuring and a Company-wide strategy to increase productivity, the direction forward is to target growth within an expanding Indonesian, and regional, mining resurgence.

Maintenance Trainer
Kalimantan Selatan

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in same position needed
• Preferably held TOT and POP Certification
• Having knowledge in Mining process, Heavy Equipment and HSE Procedure
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

HRD Internship
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Internship with a duration min. 3 months start on January 2014
• Full-Time position available
• Candidate at least in 7th semester majoring at Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or related
• High motivation
• Able to work in team

Equipment Health & Warranty Analyst
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Male, Max 30 Years Old
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in mining or Heavy Equipment Company
• having experience as Mechanic of A2B
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Finance Project Controller
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Male, 22-27 years old.
• Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Have deep knowledge about journal
• Having experience as a finance controller (budgeting)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
• Working knowledge of data analysis.
• Having good communication.
• Willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)
• Domicili at Balikpapan or Willingness POH (Point of Hire) at Balikpapan

Geologist
Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• Required skill Ms. Office and Mining Software such Minex and Autocad
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well Understand about Mining Design
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

HSE Manager
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Highly motivated and hard working under pressures
• More than 5 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya)
• Willingness to be positioned in remote area (Kalimantan Timur)
