Nestlé Indonesia is based in Jakarta with its headquarters in Perkantoran Hijau Arkadia Gedung B, Jl TB Simatupang Kav 55 Jakarta Selatan 12520. Nestlé Indonesia has 4 factories at present, namely in instant coffee factory in Panjang in Lampung, confectionery pruducts factory in Cikupa in Banten, dairy products factories in Kejayan East Java and Karawang in West Java.

To meet the rapidly business growth, PT Nestlé Indonesia are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position (which will based in Panjang Factory):

Project Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is preffered)
• Min. GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)
• Computer literate
• Able to operate AutoCAD
• Min. 1 – 2 years experiences in project area (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
• Personality: able to work in a team, good initiative, communication skill and high Service Orientation
• High interpersonal skill and participation with good communication in verbal and written English
• Good knowledge on technical, experienced one is an advantage, have experience in project, able to work under pressure, have strong willingness and passion to finish the project by due date
• Highly motivated to have a good networking with contractors in order to make a good relationship between company and contractors
• Have a self confidence to organise developmental work.

Field Staff

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Agronomy or Forestry or Food Technology
• Min. GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)
• Personality; able to work in a team, good initiative, good leadership, communication skill and high Service Orientation
• Computer literate
• Understand Common Code for Coffee Community (4C) principles (advantage)
• Able to operate GPS and ArcView GIS (advantage)
• Fluent in English both oral & writing (preferable)
• Willing to be placed in Lampung Barat &Tanggamus Area
• Willing to be engaged with 1 year contract period
