Due to strengthen its team, PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as:

Tax Manager (TM)
Closing date: March 14, 2013

Requirements:
  1. Hold min Tax or Accounting degree (S1) with 5 years experience in Managerial level
  2. Min 5 (five) years experience in multinational company, mining industry will be an advantage
  3. Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent written & verbal English
  4. Strong experience in tax planning, tax audit and tax court settlement activities
  5. Extensive knowledge of tax regulation, laws, including tax implication of COW
  6. Experience in providing tax calculation and report including annual corporate income tax, WHT, VAT
  7. Have the ability to balance competing requirements and meet multiple deadlines

Learning Development & Talent Supervisor (LDTS)
Closing date: March 22, 2013

Requirements:
  1. Min bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or Psychology, with GPA above 2.75
  2. Fluent in English both verbal and written (Toefl >513; IELTS >5.5)
  3. Confident in operating Microsoft Office and quickly learn other computer programs
  4. Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  5. Min 3 years experienced in People Development (2 years in a supervisory role)
  6. Able to conduct Training Need Analysis
  7. Able to quickly adapt and learn new things
  8. Experienced trainer
  9. Willing to work in a remote area with work roster (28 days working, 14 days off)
  10. Able to integrate Newcrest values in performing tasks and responsibilities

Mill Operator (MO)
Closing date: March 22, 2013

Requirements:
  1. Min Senior High School or similar.
  2. Preferably bachelor degree in Chemical or Technical
  3. Min 2 years experience in processing plant activities (crushing, grinding & gold recovery processing plant)
  4. Experience to operate loader, excavator, and forklift (SIO certificate) is preferable
  5. Excellent both physical & health condition
  6. Hard worker, initiative and able to work as a team
  7. Have a strong motivation to learn about ethics in mining industry
  8. Good both communication skill & attitude
