Operational & Litigation Legal Counsel
Jakarta Raya - Head Office

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

• Lead the provision of high legal services in the area of operational and dispute settlement with focus on:
• Litigation/Dispute
• RMX (incl. quarries),
• HRD including Industrial Relations
• Manufacturing
• Providing high level legal and related advice and strong analysis within the areas of responsibility.
• Draft, and review complex and high profile legal documents such as contracts/agreements and other legally binding documents in areas of responsibility.
• Identify and monitor emerging corporate legal developments and key concerns relating to areas of responsibility.
• Draft, and review relevant policies, system and procedures, resolution and other corporate bylaws in coordination with compliance function(s).
• Write, edit, finalize regular report of areas responsibility to the Head of Legal function.
• Responsible for overall management, selection, strategy, direction and critical decisions made regarding various matters relating to litigation, and administrative agency charges, and proceedings. As well as manage the work of all outside counsel.
• Provide legal opinion for any land issues within the community and local authorities as well as be involved directly on dispute settlement whenever necessary.

Requirements:
Education :

• Law Degree from reputable University (Postgraduate Degree / Master is preference)

Experience :

• At least 7 years of Corporate Legal Experience

Computer literacy :

• Proficient with MS Office

Language :

• Advanced in English and Bahasa both oral or written

Media Relations Officer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya), Bogor (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• To support Corporate Communications Superintendent in its region to execute the regional’s communication strategy align with Holcim Indonesia’s vision to be the Healthy Living Condition provider specifically for its region. Assignment will be covering but not limited to develop media relationship plan, maintain media stakeholder database, coordinate any media event regularly, develop communication materials for its region (internally and externally), media monitoring and follow up action, prepare media monthly report, and cooperate with other related directorates to develop positive stories to enhannce company reputation.
• Provide support to region’s corporate management on crisis and issue management.
• Provide support to region’s corporate management on corporate events and internal communications.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in Communications or Business / Economy.
2. Minimum 2 years experience preferably related to Media Relations.
3. Media relations and management experience.
4. Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes literate.
5. Excellent in English written and verbal.
6. Able to diagnose communications requirements and develop a structured approach to engage stakeholder groups.
7. Able to facilitate communications between relevant parties and enable knowledge transfer between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

• Develops, drives and articulate the regional’s communication strategy to position Holcim Indonesia as the most trusted and preferred cement producer which aim its vision to be the Indonesia’s Healthy Living Condition provider specifically for West Indonesia Region(West Java – Sumatra)
• Develop Key Stakeholders Mapping including establish and maintain positive relationship to support company reputation and license to operate.
• Act as one of Holcim Indonesia corporate spoke person/ public voice and also Corporate Communications focal point for any internal communications and corporate events at West Java Region.
• Develop and manage the Corporate Brand Reputation Management at West Indonesia Region.
• Develop media plan with media relation to support the regional communication strategy.
• Provide strategic media counsel and media relation strategic direction include coaching about media to senior management at West IndonesiaRegion.
• Provide guidance and support to region senior management on crisis and issues management.
• Build, maintain and manage communications of other directorates in West IndonesiaRegion key activities to enhance corporate reputation.
• Act as the agent of change management in the region to support organization through consistent and planned communication initiatives in cooperation with Local/ RegionalManagement team.

Requirements:
