Junior Tax
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Check on validity of tax invoice sent by vendors
• Inform withholding tax amount for vendor payment
• SLA reporting on invoices received, pending invoice
• Follow up with vendors, site team, procurement on pending invoice
• Monthly tax reporting

Requirements:

1. D3 or S1 from tax/ accounting
2. Fresh graduate is welcome, experience will be advantage
3. Able to work with excel
4. Standard English understanding
5. If from accounting must have basic tax knowledge

Plant Human Resources Manager
Work Location: Jawa Timur - Pandaan

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Performance management and ensure all employees including Shop floor operators have clarity of Location and Department Goals, and link the same with personal performance goals (KRA s)
• Key member of the Location Management Team to continuously educate and engage employees to live our Values, including Safety, Recognition, Accountability and Community development.
• Partner with the Plant Operations team and deploy Operators and Supervisors (Foremen, Section Heads) on the job knowledge and capability development program.
• Engage individual employees via strong front supervisors and regular formal and informal employee activities. Engage other stakeholders including Union, Manpower department to have a smooth and harmonious operations.

Requirements:

1. University degree
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience as HR Professional in a 500+ people plant, in an organization with progressive People policies and culture
3. Experience of managing relationships with Manpower department and Unions in a professional manner
4. Strong listening, influencing and negotiating skills
5. Time management skills
6. Project management skills

Assistant Plant Manager
Work Location: Sulawesi Utara - Amurang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to set target of production and proactively achieve the target
• Together with Maintenance Department work to ensure all machines run effectively and efficiently
• Monitoring the expense and budget for production
• Ensure all raw material is ready on place to pursue production target

Requirements:

1. Engineering degree from a reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75, preferable majoring in Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial
2. Min. 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Good financial skills and analysis/budgeting process
4. Proven leadership skills and strong commitment towards career
5. Honest and disciplined
6. Computer literate
7. Fluent in written and spoken English
8. Preferable from North Sulawesi
9. Experience in manufacturing environment with good safety standard, knowledge of ISO standards; experience in production planning and maintenance scheduling are added advantages
