The Company was established in 2002 and supported by more than 1,000 kilometers of gas pipeline both onshore and offshore, connecting Grissik to Duri and Grissik to Singapore. Transgasindo domiciled in Jakarta and operates 4 regional offices, located in Jambi, Indragiri Hulu Riau, Pekanbaru, and Batam.

The Company also operated 3 compressor station located in Sakernan, Belilas and Jabung (Sumatera), 3 metering stations in Duri (Riau), Panaran (Batam) and Pemping (Riau Islands). The Company's shareholders consist of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk with 59.87% shares, Transasia Pipeline Company Pvt Ltd hold 40% shares, and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai and Pensiunan Gas Negara hold 0.13% shares.

Legal Contract & Agreement Officer
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law Discipline with Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
• Minimum 5years of Legal Counsel or Advisor businessareas.
• Professional certification (KTPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process management skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and to be a good negotiation.
• Fluent in English and proficient in computers literacy.
• Familiar and have a good understanding of gas pipelines businessis an advantage.
