Legal Counsel
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Provide the management of the company with a sound legal advice;
- Review and evaluate legal documents such as contracts, license, sales, real estate and a lot more;
- Assist the company’s project team in bidding and execution process of a project;
- Manage the company’s dispute/litigation cases;
- Advise the business for any transactions they had including internal affairs and corporate Relationship;
- Develop legal processes that enforce corporate governance;

- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Holder of Advocate License from PERADI will be preferable
- 3-4 Years professional experiences in a law firm or international company

- Prepare Power Point presentation and charts, Excel calculations, minutes of meeting and similar documentation
