Especially in the Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for managing Customer Relation Management (CRM) through inbound and outbound activities contact center by leveraging the latest communications technology over the phone, sms, emails, websites, and chat.

Account Manager External KAI

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Brand Management.
• 1 Full-Time and Contract position available.

Account Manager External

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Interpersonal Skill.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or Marketing Executive.

Account Officer Collection

Requirements:

• Female
• Maximum age 30 years
• Economics of Education Min D3 (LBH Accounting preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Application Using (Min: IF, Vlookup)
• Attractive appearance
• Proportional height
• Good Interpersonal Skills

E2E Integration Testing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Management or Quality Control/Assurance.

Testing Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Management or Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.

Account Executive

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Others.
