PT. Central Sejahtera Insurance first named PT. Asuransi Ganesha Cipta Danamas which was founded in 1998 and then in 2006 changed its name to PT. Traspasific General Insurance. On the date of December 23, 2010 taken over ownership of shares by subsidiary BCA yaitu BCA Finance dan Dana Pensiun BCA, and transitions into PT. Central Sejahtera insurance which holds the status of the only BCA Group’s subsidiaries engaged in general insurance.

Customer Care Staff

Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Major any field
• Female, Maximum 30 years old, single
• Good communication skill, pleasant personality
• Experience in Call Centre/handling customer will be an advantage
• Strong and capable to handle administration job
• Working hours : 08.30 AM – 05.30 PM (Saturday, Sunday & all red calendar days off)
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Marketing Staff

Work Location: Jakarta

General Requirements :

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably Majoring in Marketing or Banking Business
• At least having 2 years experiences in general insurance business as marketing staff
• Good Communication, trustworthy, pleasant, good looking & prefer have customer focus
• Computer literacy and able to speak english or mandarin (passive)

Specific Requirements :

1. Customer service oriented and Good presentation skill
2. Willing to travel all cities in Indonesia as company needed
3. Target oriented and able to work under pressure

IT Staff

Work Location: Jakarta

General requirements :

• Male or Female, Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years working experiences in general insurance business
• Good communication skill, pleasant personality, customer focus and trustworthy
• Computer literacy
• Able to speak English (Passive)

Specific Requirements:

1. Major in Information Technology or Programmer.
2. Familiar with SQL, Javascript, ASP and VB.Net or PHP.
3. Experience in handling CARE Tech application is an advantage
