Internal Audit Assistant Manager (1202636)
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the audit or participating in the special investigation bases on the standard auditing procedure and yearly audit planning that has been set up by the Head of Internal Audit.
- Assist in setting and deciding audit scope, tests and programs and identify and evaluate risks and control deficiencies.
- Conduct the audit based on the time target and budget which has been set up, included reporting and discussion the any related problem to the reporting direct line.
- Prepare and decide the audit findings and recommendations and having discussion with the Management for management responses.
- Prepare the draft audit report consist of analytical problems with the recommendations and compile the process of improvement for increasing the effective and efficiency of the Company.
- Follow up the internal or Regional audit result periodically.
- Participate in the Key Risk Audit in Manulife Indonesia which is conducted by Asia Audit Services (Regional audit)
- Participate in any Company project in the Financial or Operational area based on the assignment form the Head of Internal Audit.
- Maintain good working relationships with the auditee, external audit or any relevant organization.
- Provide any advice, if needed, for the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the standard operating procedures in other departments.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 3 years experiences as an Internal/External Audit
- Knowledge of life insurance operations and company policies
- Use of computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs) in audits, such as ACL (Audit Command Language)
- Excellent in English both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of life insurance operations and company policies
- Ability to quickly understand business and IT processes and their risk implications, analyze complex situations, reach appropriate conclusions, and make value-added and practical recommendations
- Good knowledge of audit, control frameworks and risk management practices, and regulatory requirements in Insurance Industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations orally and in writing, and to listen and consider ideas of others
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently or working as a team
- Proven relationship skills including a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels to Senior Management.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.
- Composes and may initiate routine correspondence and memoranda.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings.
- Support superior in preparing presentation materials, preparing meeting materials and logistics.
- May support or coordinate document screening for agreements, memoranda, reports and/or projects documents need to be reviewed with high accuracy and considerable understanding in company policies and procedures.
- May utilize the assistance of one or more lower level secretaries on a project basis; or liaise with all user or departments regarding projects coordination.
- Plan, control/monitor Budget of respective WA; ensure all expenses are within budget and are approved by President Director; ensure all administrations required is performed according to procedures.
- Prepare/process the payment and expense reimbursement process e.g. traveling, entertainment, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate contacts and other tasks with Department Heads within respective Division to the Head of Division.
- Minimum Diploma of Secretary with relevant 3-4 experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant to Expatriate/ Top Management Level;
- Bachelor or Master Degree with 3-4 years experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
- Liase with SIO and/or regional offices to quality strategic projects/intiatives to be undertaken in Partnership Business
- Manage cross functional projects by setting strategy and goals based on through understanding of project management techniques and company priorities
- Advise all stakeholders on results, analysis, and key lessons for all completed project / strategic initiatives
- Drive project development and support team through effective facilitation and clear direction resulting in timely and effective business solution for all stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from any major
- More than 7 years experiences of Project / Technology Management
- Broad Knowledge, experience and demonstranted ability to lead multiple cross-functional business projects and strategic initiatives within the financial services industry
- Excellent skills in project management (certification in project management required)

- Monitor effective use of project deliverables and report utulization to all stakeholders
- Plan for support requierments by conducting user surveys
- Provide training and other support to maximize use of project deliverables
- Conduct project reviews and utilize process improvement strategies to find opportunities for improvements
- Develop Project improvement plans for project Management team to implement
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Bachelor Degree / Master Degree from any major
- Have 3-5 years experience relevant to the same role
- Have compulsory Certicication or Professional Licence for Project Management
- Business process improvement (Lean, Six sigma, etc)
