PT Santos Jaya Abadi is steeped in tradition as rich as its coffee. As the largest family-owned coffee brand in Indonesia, our company’s roots grew from a small home industry company in Surabaya. Where more than 79 years ago in 1927, our founder Go Soe Loet produced his popular coffee.

In 1980 we built our existing factory at Sepanjang, Sidoarjo in East Java. At this stage, Kapal Api brand has become the pillar of our business, distributed all across the country and has become the market leader with its complete range of products.

Following the success of Kapal Api brand and to obtain the maximum satisfaction of our consumers, PT Santos Jaya Abadi has introduced other successful brands into the market: Excelso, ABC, Good day, Ya and Kapten.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (CODE : ME 3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid machine breakdown.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. Diploma3, majoring Electrical / Machine Engineering
2. At least 3 years experience in similar position
3. Having good knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, machine control system hardware making and installation
4. Willing to work in shift

PRODUCTION STAFF (CODE : PRO3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will make sure production process run well as planned by PPIC.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. Diploma3, majoring Engineering
2. At least 1 year experience in consumer goods’ production area
3. Having knowledge of instant coffee process ia an advantage
4. Willing to work in shift

PURCHASING STAFF (CODE : PS3)

Job Description:

• Purchase general and technical material (except raw material) to support production and operational activities.

Job Qualification:

1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Economic
2. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing company
3. Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
4. Good negotiation skill, and able to work under tight deadline
5. Understanding procurement procedure

QC STAFF (CODE : QC 3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be responsible for sampling system and analyzing product to comply with Halal MUI regulation and ISO 22000.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. High School Graduated, majoring Natural Science or Chemical Analyst
2. At least 1 year of quality control experience in consumer goods industry
3. Understanding raw material and product analysis, sampling and quality inspection process

QC SUPERVISOR (CODE : QCS3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be responsible for sampling system procedure and analyzing product to comply with Halal MUI regulation and ISO 22000.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Chemical / Industrial Engineering / Biotechnology
2. At least 3 years of quality control experience in consumer goods industry
3. Good knowledge in ISO 22000, instrument calibration and Halal impelementation
4. Willing to work in shift

SANITATION SPECIALIST (CODE : SS3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be responsible for sanitation and hygiene system in production area as well as factory environment, supervising pest control activity to ensure food safety according to ISO 22000.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Chemical / Industrial Engineering / Biotechnology
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in hygiene and sanitation system in consumer goods industry
3. Having good knowledge about organizing pest control and sanitation, water treatment process and water quality
4. Willing to work in shift

UTILITY ENGINEER (CODE : UE 3)

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be responsible for utility operation, ensure energy supply (such as: electricity, steam, chilled water, clear air and clean water) for production process.

Job Qualification:

1. Min. Diploma3, majoring Electrical, Machine or Physics Engineering
2. At least 3 years experience in similar position
3. Having good knowledge in utility machine monitoring, cleaning and preventive maintenance, also utility troubleshooting
4. Willing to work in shift
