- Coordinate with institutions authorized to combat acts of corruption
- Supervise institutions authorized to combat acts of corruption
- Conduct investigations and prosecutions against acts of corruption
- Conduct corruption prevention activities; and
- Conduct monitoring of governments and the civil service
- Coordinate investigation and prosecution of corruption crimes
- Define a system of reporting on corruption eradication activities
- Request information about corruption eradication activities of related institutions
- Conduct round table discussions or meetings with institutions that have the authority to eradicate corruption
- Request reports from institutions related to preventing corruption

Scope of Work
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of systems and human resource management in accordance with existing law, the vision and mission of the Commission established, and in accordance with the policy direction set by the KPK leaders, managing KPK human resources and organizational management.

Scope of Work
- Implement preventive measures to receive and determine the status of Gratification, required strategic steps of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of resources within the Directorate of Gratification.
- Possess Bachelor (S1) degree, preferably possess Master (S2) degree in any major for Direktur Gratifikasi
- Possess Bachelor (S1) degree, preferably possess Master (S2) degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ Administration for Kepala Biro Sumber Daya Manusia
- Maximum age 54 years old for Civil Servant applicants and maximum age 50 years old for non-Civil Servant applicants, by May 31st, 2012.
- The Civil Servants applicants minimum possess grade of Pembina Tk.I (gol. IV/b) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field
