Commercial/Contract Manager
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree with related major
• Be in charge of daily business operation (budgeting, sales, planning and all operational issues)
• Drafting contracts and techno-commercial, such as able to check terms, audit, re-draft, negotiate terms for barge loading facility

Coal Trading Manager
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Understand L/Cs, documents, loading, logistics and sourcing coal
• Create and implement independent business plan for starting coal trading
• Creation of systems processes as well as building a team for coal trading
• Coordinate business operations.
• Work directly with clients.
• Oversee a budget.
• Develop new business opportunities for coal trading by sourcing coal from worldwide market.

Mine Manager
Work Location: Sumatra

Requirements:

• Indonesian candidates preferred, must possess Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from good institute in Indonesia or abroad.
• Preferred age group 35 to 40 years
• Having good understanding of mining operation and ability to lead of team of Superintendents / Production leaders.
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation.
• Good knowledge in mining software will be an advantage (Map info, Minescape).
• Having good understanding of Mine Operations/ Planning.
• Experienced in dealing with government institutions.
• Ability to coordinate between head office and mine site.
• Roster 10 days on and 4 days off

HR Manager
Work Location: Palembang

Requirements:

• Candidates must have relevant qualifications for HR and expert knowledge of labour laws , Human Resources Management and HR best practices with reputed companies
• Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in handling all aspects of HR / IR, General Affairs, and Compensations and benefits , Payroll, workers affairs.

Kepala Teknik Tambang/KTT
Work Location: Kalimantan

Requirements:

• Having 8-10 years of working experiences as Kepala Teknik Tambang of Technical Mine Manager
• Having good understanding of mining operation
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation
• Good knowledge in mining software will be an advantage (Map info, Minescape)
• Having good understanding of Mine Operations/ Planning
• Certified for POU is essential
• Experienced in dealing with government institutions, Experience in arrange in permitting, licensing or Government liaison will be preferred

Shipping and Logistic Manager
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 – 15 years experience , preferebly management of barging / shipping in East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan or Sumatra Area managing shipping and logistics areas , on the basis of FOB Barge Barge buying and Selling on FOB MV terms
• Supervision of Operations at Site Locations ( East / South Kalimantan / Sumatra ) mainly with the help of Unit Operational Head as well as , when required , directly with on site supervisors . He should also have had personal experience and knowledge of various jetties in South and East Kalimantan including respective jetty operations heads and usually operational issues and difficulties in such operations himself.
• Ability to coordinate with barge owners / barge owners representatives to effectively monitor and coordinate the movement of barges to designated jetties as well as montor onward movement to alongside MV from Jakarta in case required .
• Ability to liaise with vessel agents to ensure the loading alongside MV is also carried out as per stowage plan and masters instruction , in coordination with stevedores also appointed by company from Jakarta in case required .
• Ability to follow up on all documentation requirements related to export of coal with the various suppliers and Unit Operational Heads at Samarinda and Banjarmasin as well as with the vessels agents at loading anchorage and ensure Customs Documenation work ( PEB and COO documents ) from Jakarta in case required.

Maintenance Superintendent
Work Location: Sumatra

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining in similar roles
• Preferable held a “POP” mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Planning, organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation

HSE Manager
Work Location: Kalimantan

Requirements:

• University graduate (S1) , preferably with background in safety management or environmental engineering.
• Min. 10 years solid experience in relevant field, preferably from mining owner company
• Good understanding of AMDAL

Surveyor
Work Location: Sumatra

Requirements:

• Male, S1 Geodesy
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of survey and mapping (preferably mine survey)
• Able to use equipment, software survey and mapping (Total Station, GPS, Theodolit, Autocad, Minscape ect)

General requirements:

1. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
2. Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills, creative, self starter, team player and having self –integrity
3. Good command in English.
4. Having 7-10 years of relevant working experience as the advertised position in reputable coal companies.
5. Computer literate
