Senior/Reservoir Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production and injection performance on existing fields to optimise production and maximise recovery.
- Perform reservoir simulation modeling/studies and generating production/reserves forecasts.
- Perform economic analysis and provide technical input/support to new field development planning.
- Keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies to maximise field performance.
- Participate in assets acquisition, including data room evaluation; attend partners meeting as well as the preparation of reports.
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry.
- Preferable with knowledge of reservoir simulation (eclipse or equivalent) and fundamentals of business valuation.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be willing to travel on short notice.
Operations Technician (Pulau Sebarok Terminal)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety/operations meeting with vessel representative prior to the commencement of loading/discharge operation and monitor for leak and spillage during loading/discharge.
- Shore storage tank ullaging, measure temperature, sampling, water draw-off and prepare gauge cards before and after vessel loading/discharge/ITT/pipeline transfer to and from VOPAK Sebarok.
- Lead mooring crew for monthly cleaning of transfer pump strainers and general housekeeping and monitor utility equipment for malfunctioning, drain rain water from tankfarm as and when necessary and topping up of PST day tanks on weekly basis and monitor oil level at TPF to ascertain the need to transfer oil to fuel oil storage tank.
- Monitor pumps and equipment during loading/discharge for malfunctioning and leakage and ensure that pipeline is fully packed before and after loading/discharge.
- Vessel cargo tank ullaging, measure temperature and sampling and prepare ullage reports.
- Oversee berthing and unberthing of vessels at jetties and ensure that vessels are properly secured to the jetties.
- Oversee connection and disconnection of marine loading arms and ensure that the marine arms are properly connected before commencement of product transfer.
- Perform gas test/check for approval of Hot Work Permit, weekly testing of pumps & equipments and monthly inspection of fire boxes.
- Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry.
- Preferable with knowledge of ship loading, discharge and jetty operations.
- Possess quantitative skills, positive attitude and high level of integrity.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be willing to work on 3 rotational shifts at Pulau Sebarok Terminal (around 20 minutes boat ride from Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal).
Operations Engineer (Jurong Bulk Plant)
Responsibilities:
- Plan annual preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery, upkeep maintenance record, including arrangement for inspection and certification as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, procure necessary spares and new equipment, raising of purchase orders and blanket orders.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox meetings with operations staff and contractors to identify hazards before commencement of work.
- Supervise contractors and Plant Operators in the maintenance of JBP equipment and facilities and manage projects and modification works.
- Prepare, plan, monitor and control of capital & operating expenses.
- Manage tanker truck fleet and drivers to ensure safe operations at JBP and deliveries to service stations and customers sites.
- Supervise vessel discharging operations and prepare vessel documentation and reports.
- Perform site surveys for delivery to new commercial sites.
- Supervise and document HSE processes and ensure compliance of HSE procedures and regulations.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Diploma holders with minimum 6 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Service Station Managers
Responsibilities:
- Achieve marketing objectives established within the allocated resources
- Manage the recruitment, training, deployment and disciplining of station employees
- Manage and resolve conflicts among various group, e.g. employees, customers and suppliers
- Communicate with station employees on operational and other station related matters
- Ensure all station employees provide the SPC standard of customer service
