Operations Executive, Gasoline

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely update of trade information into the system.
  • Ensure proper credit facility in place for each shipment.
  • System data entry upon completion of each shipment.
  • Review contracts and counters prepared by Contract Admin team.
  • Review and ensure inspection fees and freight charges are correctly reflected on invoices.
  • Manage vessel operations, cargo stowage plan and demurrage calculations.
  • Ensure adequate cargo insurance coverage and handle insurance claim matters (if any).
  • Monitor ship operations, cargo readiness and stock tank balances on a daily basis to ensure sales orders and delivery dates are met.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering, Business, Shipping, Maritime Studies, Logistics or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in oil/petroleum trading industry.
  3. Diploma holder with relevant experience and fresh graduates are invited to apply.
  4. Good understanding of energy markets, futures and derivatives markets.
  5. Good knowledge of shipping documents & LC.
  6. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Settlements Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Handle Import & Export LC issuance such as documentation LC, Standby LC, Bid bond application, banker guarantee, etc.
  • Pricing confirmation with counterparties and Invoicing and presentation of negotiation documents.
  • Arrange cargo payment includes additional cost such as freight, insurance, inspections, demurrages, storages, wharfage, etc.
  • Ensure incoming & outgoing funds receipt or payment shall value on time, if any delay in payment, interest shall accordingly as per contract agreement.
  • Handle loan financing documentation as when necessary especially for storages cargo.
  • Liaise with operations for shipment information and updates.
  • Communicate with HQ’ operations & accounting colleague for payment approval and document signing arrangement.
  • Check and contract review & examine.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information in respective Taizhang.
  • Provide weekly funds statement to Treasury dept.
  • Arrange redemption of LOI with submission of original shipping documents to the bank at any time after buyer’s payment.
  • Carry out with the procedure/process for the implementation of ICTS network system.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma / Degree in Finance/Banking/Commercial/Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  3. Prior working experience in trading company will have an added advantage.
  4. Settlement banking experience and LC Knowledge.
  5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Independent player with the ability to work in team.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
