Agincourt Resources - G-Resources, a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia. With a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver, Martabe is scheduled to commence production in early 2012 at a rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver annually. The processing plant is currently under construction and is designed to treat 4.5 Mtpa incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIP.

G-Resources is seeking to ultimately grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration and development of the large and highly prospective CoW area and through acquisition of other quality gold assets. The Martabe project enjoys the strong support of the Indonesian Central, Provincial and Local Governments and the nearby communities of Batangtoru.

PT Agincourt Resources, a subsidiary company of G-Resources Group Ltd which operates Martabe is pleased to invite applications for the following roles:

Industrial Hygiene Senior Supervisor (HSE 0542)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Health Services Superintendent.

Key aspect of this role are:

• Responsible for Industrial Hygiene monitoring and control activities including assisting Mining, Processing and Services Department to carry out their activities in a responsible and safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring of domestic water quality, kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Conduct risk/hazard analysis and audit in relation to industrial hygiene program.
• Develop industrial training module and presented to employees and contractors
• Build and maintain close relationship with medical centre for coordinating industrial hygiene related monitoring and education.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor degree in OHS or relevant
• Minimum 5 years experience in OHS related role in mining industry
• Attend related OHS training in mining industry
• Proficient with Ms. Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
• Familiar with HSE Inspection and Audit
• Able to work independently and or within teamwork and under pressure
• Confident leader and mentor with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
