BCA - Bank Central Asia is the Indonesia's leading private banking companies. In 1955 BCA founded as "NV Perseroan Dagan Dan Industrie Semarang Knitting Factory". BCA commenced operations on 21 February 1957 with head office located in Jakarta. in 1997 - 1998 BCA experienced a rush during the Indonesian economic crisis.
In 1998 BCA became a Bank Taken Over (BTO) and was placed under the recapitalization and restructuring program operated by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA). In 2010 the Bank expanded, both the office networks and electronic delivery channels by opening 27 new offices, adding 848 ATMs and placing 18,379 EDCs. As of December 2010, the Bank's network consisted of 902 branches, 7,459 ATMs, and more than 100,000 EDCs, effectively providing transaction services for over 9 million customer accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1)/Master degree (S2)
- GPA min 3.00 (scale 4.00) for S1 and min 3.25 (scale 4.00) for S1
- Communicative systematic
- Have a high analytical skills
- Drug-Free
- Maximum age 25 years old for S1 and 27 years old for S2
- Not Married and willing to not get married during the study
- Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
- Willing to undergo a bond-after education
- Based in the selection
