Human Resources Officer – Micro Finance
Responsible:
  • Handling massive recruitment, collaboration with outsourcing company
  • Design and coordinate training activities
  • Handling industrial relation issue
Requirements:
  1. Male with bachelor degree (minimum)
  2. Having deep knowledge on Human Resources activities (Massive Recruitment & Training)
  3. Having experiences as Human Resources (minimum 2 years), preferably have experience at financial institution (especially Micro Finance).
  4. Having good persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Team Player
  6. Proactive and high initiative
  7. Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).
Accounting (ACC)
Requirements:
  • Male with bachelor in Accounting from a reputable university, min ipk 3.00
  • Have min. 2 years of working experience. Preferably have experience at public accountant office and financial institution.
  • Comprehend taxation (calculation & reporting)
  • Comprehend financial statement and company's consolidated statements
  • Able to develop budget/financial projection.
  • Deep understanding on PSAK and have ability to develop projection.
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as team
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
Relationship Manager - Commercial Credit (RM)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female with bachelor degree (minimum)
  • Having deep knowledge on lending in Indonesia
  • Having experiences as Account Officer in banking or financial institution especially in commercial credit (minimum 3 years)
  • Deep knowledge on company financial report analysis is a must
  • Having good persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).
Credit Review Head Micro Finance (CR) - Head Office
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all risk management activities throughout the unit.
  • Ensure the credit analysis performed in accordance with existing rules.
  • Improve the quality of human resources in the field of risk management
  • Monitoring of collection activities throughout the unit
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Education Bachelor of all majors
  2. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Reviewer or Collection Manager Credit at Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
  3. Understand well the problems of Credit Risk Management in Micro Finance
  4. Able to motivate the team below
  5. Leadership has a good ability
  6. Ability to work independently and in teams
  7. Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
  8. Area Placement: Jakarta Office
Cluster Quality Assurance / Internal Audit – Jawa Tengah (CQA-Jateng)
Responsibility:
  • Develop systems and procedures to be applied in Quality Assurance all Unit
  • Coordinate all Quality Assurance activities to ensure the process has been run in accordance with existing rules.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Education Bachelor of all majors
  2. Having experience as an Internal Audit / Quality Assurance in the bank or financial institution min 3 Years
  3. Ability to work independently and in teams
  4. Have good leadership skills
  5. Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
  6. Able to operate computer
