PT Akasha Wira International Tbk - The company was founded in March 6, 1985 and the headquartered is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk is engaged in the production and distribution of bottled drinking water and beauty care products in Indonesia.

It currently produces and markets bottled drinking water under Nestle Pure Life and Vica Royal brands and beauty care products under Makarizo brand. Production of Nestle Pure Life was started in 2005 whilst Makarizo was in 1998 a while before the aquisition being done in 2010 by PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.

Currently, the Company employs +2,000 employees across Indonesia.

Akasha’s reason for being is to bring the world’s best consumer solutions to the world’s mass. Akasha is aiming to create and maintain a long-lasting mutually-respectful relationship with our consumers by delighting them with superior solutions and better value proposition beyond today’s norms.

Marketing Manager
Professional Division

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities/program. Responsible to build company branding awareness through any media of promotion activity. Interfacing with all our various operations – from research to production, from sales to logistics management, including brand development and brand positioning. Requirements: Hold minimum Bachelor’s Degree, all major from reputable university. Master degree is an advantage. Having minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years experience in FMCG or beauty industry (health & beauty retail) will be preferred. Ability to develop in marketing ideas and media design programs. Prioritizing and managing multiple work projects. Excellent in English both written and verbal is mandatory. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from psychology/HR Management. Having the experience in working within large multinational company (FMCG, Manufacturing, Services) will be advantages. Experience in resource/People Development and Organization Development as well Talent Management. Experience in execution of HR Strategy in accordance with targets on ensuring the contribution to the successes of the company. Strong conceptual & strategic planning, good analyticalthinking and problem solving . Head Of Distribution

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong distribution channels. Set up development business plan and strategy in his/her assigned territory focusing on enhancing sales growth. Coordinate with distributor and other related parties to ensure the successful execution of marketing program in his/her respected area. Enable succes of distribution parteners though the introduction of new tools, selling toolkits, resources, lead creation andu nurturing and additional program elements to drive partner participation and product sell through. Possesses extensive knowledge in Supply chain and warehousing. Plan, execute, and evaluate the local marketing /promotion program / new product introduction on top of national program organised by marketing department. Maintain and develop good professional relationship with distributor.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Having the experience in working in Distribution Channel Management in multinational company (FMCG, Manufacturing, Services) will be advantages. Strong analytical skills and bussiness acumen. Strong conceptual & strategic planning, Good analythical thingking and problem solving. Having good communication, self motivation, dynamic, fast learner, creative, highly motivated with excellent service attitude and able to work as a team. Fluent in English both oral & written.

Procurement Manager
Non Materials

Responsibilities: Responsibility for leading the procurement process, including advising on the most optimal procurement approach, development of tender documents, managing the tender process, negotiating a value for money outcome. Ensure a consistent and fair approach is conducted during the procurement/tender process. Analyze procurement proposals, quotations, submission tenders and supply agreements for appropriateness to desired business outcomes. Provide advice, consultation and support on procurement matters, particularly within certain area of expertise; provide support to other areas within Strategic Procurement and Contract Services as required

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major with minimum 10 years professional experience with 8 years procurement related. A demonstrable depth of procurement experience within any indirect purchasing category. Ability to negotiate complex procurement contracts with suppliers to achieve best value. Demonstrated time management, project management and business planning experience with a capacity to meet deadlines. Experience in managing major tenders including design, tendering, documentation, evaluation, negotiation, mediation and dispute settlement. Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes preferably within consumer goods industry. Passionate, dynamic and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, seeking to develop a long-term procurement career in an organization experiencing rapid growth.
