Atlas Resources started in 2007 with the aim of becoming a premier Indonesian coal producer through a strategy of rapid asset growth, with an initial focus on smaller-scale regional coal concessions (KPs). This approach has been extensively developed and in the ensuing years we have 16 concession areas, with an aggregate of roughly 195,000 hectares across multiple sites with distinct geology and diverse geography and disparate markets.

In response to our continuing fast growth, we need highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Mine Manager ==> Requirement: Bachelor degree in Mining. Have 10 years experiences in mining with min 3 years in managerial levels. Have KTT Certification (POU)
Have experience to develop and manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining process operation. Familiar with Mining Software (Minescape and SURPAC). Strong leadership and people management skills. Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations.
2. Mine Superintendent ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mining. Min 8 years significant working experiences and one year in the same position. Preferable have POM Certification. Good knowledge in MINESCAPE & SURPAC (mining software). Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Mine Supervisor ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mining. Min 2 years working experiences in the same position. Have POP Certification. Good ability to coordinate and monitoring mining target and mining activities.
4. CPP & QC Supervisor ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mining/Geology. Have 2 years experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries). Have POP Certification. Have strong competency on crushing plant, stockpile management and coal sampling and coal quality.
5. Mine Surveyor ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mining/Geology/Geodetic/Geodesi. Have 2 years experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries). Have POP Certification. Have strong competency to using SOKIA and to make topographic data.
6. HSE Supervisor ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in K3 or Engineering or having qualification in HSE. Have 5 years working experience and one year in the same position at mining industry. Have Ahli K3 Certification, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000 will be an advantage. Intensive experience to implemented HSE Management System. Have experience to prepare HSE procedure, ERT, JHA/JSA, and HSE inspection activities.
7. Safety Officer ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in K3 or Engineering or having qualification in Safety. Have one year experience in the same position at mining industry. Have Ahli K3 Certification will be an advantage. Have experience to implement HSE procedure, ERT, JHA/JSA, and Safety inspection activities.
8. Cost Controller ==> Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting. Have 5 years working experience and one year in the same position at mining industry. Have experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company. Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management.
