Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo or the Regency of Sidoarjo is a regency in East Java. The Regency is part of "Gerbangkertosusila", the urban planning region surrounding Surabaya. The Regency of Sidoarjo bordered to Mojokerto regency in the west, the Madura Strait in the east, Surabaya city and Gresik regency in the north, and Pasuruan regency in the south. Sidoarjo is divided into 18 subdistricts and recognized as the smallest regency in East Java with an area of 634.89 km².

To support economic's activity, Sidoarjo supported by 1 airport (Juanda airport) and 5 seaports, namely Dharmala Land Industrial Area, Sidoarjo Waru Tambak Sawah, Prospek Karyatama, Indo Abadi Langgeng Lestari, and Sukoharjo Permai.
