Requirements:

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male or Female
2. Max age in 1 April 2013
3. 40 years old (ANT-I & ANT-II) and 30 years old (ANT-III)
4. Min ANT-III, preferably ANT-II and ANT-I
5. Experience as a ship captain with a minimum sailing period of 3 years
6. Min height 160 cm
7. Not color blind and not wearing glasses/soft lens
8. Active in English
9. Having certificates in Basic Safety Training (BST), Advance Fire Fighting (AFF), Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (SCRB)
