PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a largest state-owned company in Indonesia that deals with railways-based transportation services. The Company has been operatin in Indonesia since 1864 and initially known as a Dutch Company named Naamlooze Venootschap Nederlandsch Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij. In May 2010, the Company's name transformed into PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

The Company is based in Bandung and supported by 9 DAOP offices, 3 DIVRE offices, and 2 Sub DIVRE offices in all over Indonesia. The Company reported transported passenger of 191,686,591 passengers for the year ending December of 2011. This represents 92.95% if the target of 206,214,873 passengers. In December 2012, the Company was appraised by SWA Magazine and Indonesia Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) as the trusted company in Indonesia.

General Requirements:

Age:

• S1 : maximum age 35 years old at time of application
• D3 : maximum age 30 years old at time of application

1. For S1 level : graduate from reputable universitiy (PTN / PTS) with accredited 'A' (on the date of graduation) in accordance with the qualifications / majors are required with minimal GPA 2.95
2. For D3 level : graduate from reputable universitiy with accredited 'A' (PTN / PTS) and 'B' (PTN) with minimal GPA 2.95
3. Minimum height 155cm for Female, and 160 cm from Male with ideal of weight, especially for customer service : minimum height 160 cm for Female and men 170 cm for Male
4. Health and not color blind
5. Well-behaved
6. Never involved drugs and / or psychotropic
