The name of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk was established in 2006. Holcim Indonesia headquartered in Jakarta and operates in Indonesia and Malaysia.
The Company establish 2 manufacturing plants, located in Narogong Bogor - West Java, and Cilacap - Central Java. The Company also supported by 1.7 million tonnes plant under construction at Tuban - East Java. The Company also operates 2 cement grinding station in Ciwandan Banten, and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. In 2011, PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk has won various honors such as "the Indonesia’s Most Admired Companies 2011 for cement industry" Bloomberg Business Review and Frontier.

GDP for 2013 in the following functions:
- Manufacturing (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering)
- Corporate Technical Service (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering)
- Logistics & Export (Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering)
- Sales & Marketing (from all majors)
- Minimum S1 with GPA ≥ 3:00
- Fresh graduates (graduating this year or 2012) or no more than 1 year working experience
- Active in the organizations / extracurricular activities
- Able to work in a team
- Caring and communicative interaction with others
- Have a good analysis, open to learning and innovative
- Able to motivate yourself to do more and have integrity and act as role-models
