The company was founded as a result of a merger of three state-owned enterprises in 1971, the PN Boma, PN and PN Bisma Indra. The company is based in Surabaya East Java and operates one branch office in Jakarta.

PT BBI Persero also operates one plant in Pasuruan Indusrial Equipment plany East Java with its flagship product covers such products for casting consisting of iron, steel and steel industrial equipment. PT Boma Bisma Indra (Limited) factory Pasuruan also besides the above package also produce condensers and have been exported to many countries such as Egypt, Mexico, Australia, Vietnam, Singapore, Middle East, America and also to Europe.

• PPC Staff (PS)
• Sekretariat Personalia (SP)

General Requirements :

1. Male/Female (EE, FE, PS)
2. Max age 28 years old (EE, FE, PS)
3. D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical/Design/Statistic (EE, FE, PS)
4. Female, good looking with min height 165 cm, S1 Psychology with max age 24 years old (SP)
5. GPA min 2.80
6. Fluent in English
7. Computer literate
8. Have a good communication skill, hard worker and able to work in a team, thorough, honest
