The Company had 2 direct subsidiaries, namely PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution, and PT Kimia Farma Apotek. Based on PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2011, the net sales in 2011 reached Rp3.48 trillion (increased by 9.34%) with net profit rose by 23.83% to Rp171.76 billion compared to 2010. Kimia Farma's total asset also increased by 8.26% to Rp1.79 trillion.
