Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical work related to production accounting, inventory control and process evaluation/analysis in liaison with various company departements as well as other business partners and shared facilities representatives.
- This includes production calculation and tracking, advising external parties with regards to product quantity and quality, monitoring and tracking gas movements and the preparation of various reconcilation and accounting statements that include the Daily and monthly Production, Inventories and over/under lifting volume reports.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is essential with experience in the Natural Gas or Oil refining industry.
- Minimum of six years working in world class organization committed to excellence in operational performance is considered essential.
- Should have a working knowledge of the economic and financial working of the oil industry.
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- Good knowledge of LNG and by-products scheduling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiable multiple Annual Delivery Programs (ADPs) with multiple LNG Byers on behalf of on more QATARGAS Venture in order to establish the delivery schedule of LNG commitments as part of a team handling over 500 LNG cargoes annualy for all QG Venture.
- Maintains the ADPs throughtout the year by managing and adjusting the fleet schedule and production plans accordingly whilst maximizing oppotunities for additional LNG spot sales through continuous extensive coordination with the various parties along Qatargas LNG chain from operations to shipping marketing.
- Identifies, negotiates and coordinates the implementation of logistics synergies with service providers to maintain and enhance agreed ADP's.
- Technical or Science degree or equivalent practical experience in a similar position.
- Additional business qualifications an advantage.
- Extensive experience in oil and gas planning or tanker/terminal/ship scheduling operations.
- Working knowledge of current Supply Chain Management Systems and Linear Optimizers.
- practical experience in "Capacity Plannner", "RPMS", "Seaberth" and "Turborouter" applicantions a distinct advantage.
- Experience of negotiation with 3rd parties.
- Very good computer proficiency and literacy with regard to extensive use and application with spreadsheets, database and presentation packages.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
