Syspro & Authorization Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the availability of advice on matters relating to SYSPRO and authorization that includes the management and procedures manual, training, personnel qualification, all terms IOSA Aircraft Ground Handling (GRH) and other audits (internal, external, foreign, authority and the customer)
  • Ensure the implementation of approved recommendations implemented with optimum functionality to support the achievement of targets and Authorization System to consider all aspects of safety management system (SMS)
  • Collect the issues and problems related to the management system procedures, authorization and regulation compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Male
  2. Citizen of Indonesia
  3. Age max. 27 years
  4. Education min. Bachelor Degree/S1 majoring in IT and International Relations of the leading universities
  5. GPA min. 3.00 (4:00 scale)
  6. Active master English (spoken and written) with excellent
  7. Understanding the Quality Management / ISO
  8. Mastering the use of computers and information systems applications (min. Ms Office and internet)
  9. Mastering Web Design
  10. Ability to work in a team or individual
  11. Communicative, disciplined, hardworking, creative, innovative, dynamic, and can work under pressure
  12. Placement in Area Offices Soekarno-Hatta Airport
