Sales Manager (Code: SM)
  • The job of the position is mainly about Sales and Marketing. To be based in Jakarta. Prospective candidates should be Indonesian citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mentioned below:
Requirements:
  1. Should have at least Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university (preference overseas graduate)
  2. Female max. 30 years old
  3. English proficiency is a must
  4. Have some working experiences in Sales and Marketing
  5. Must be independent, highly self-driven, enjoy meeting people and service oriented
  6. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, control and work in a structured manner
  7. Must be a team player and be able to lead a team
  8. IT literacy will be an additional advantage
Customer Services Officer (Code: CSO)
  • The job of the positionis mainly customer servicing and handling customer inquiries and to be based in Jakarta, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Prospective candidates must be Indonesian citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mentioned below
Requirements:
  1. Should have at least Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum 27 years old
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, other foreign languages will be an advantage
  4. Must be customer oriented and able to work with other colleague and service partner staff effectively
  5. Having the knowledge and ability in customer handling technique, traffic and cargo operations, procedures, general aviation and reservation will be an advantage
  6. Must be able to do simple investigation with minimum supervision and have initiative when the situation requires.
  7. Must be able to work independently and handle administrative task including writing reports and handling routine correspondence with service partner,
  8. Custom Immigration Quarantine (CIQ) as well as passengers.
  9. Must be willing to work in irregular hours if needed including weekend and public holiday.
  10. Any other duties as directed from time to time by Station Manager Jakarta.
Reservation Ticketing Officer (Code: RTO)
  • The job is mainly customer servicing and handling customer inquiriesregarding booking and ticketing (and to be based in Jakarta). Prospectivecandidates must be Indonesian citizens and meet the minimum requirement asmentioned below:
Requirements:
  1. Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum 27 years old
  3. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  4. Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Able to work well both in team and independently
  7. Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
  8. IT Literacy
  9. Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
  10. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
