Management Trainee (MT)

Responsibilities:

• In charge of sales and distribution in one channel or customer segment, within a major market
• Developing relevant strategies, sales capabilities and innovative customer and distribution management practices

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree's (S1) from any major with max. 2 (two) years working experience
2. Master Degree's (S2) from any major, freshgraduates are welcome
3. GPA min. 3.00
4. Multidisciplinary/ lateral thinking, eager to learn on the job
5. A strong team player
6. Used to work against deadlines
7. Result oriented, structured, systematical
8. Proactive, have an open-minded personality
9. Good analytical thinking
10. English proficient (verbal and written)
11. Computer literate (min. MS Office)
