The Company operated as a part of Astra Group and focused on motorcycle financing, multi-product financing solutions for customers other items such as home appliances. The Company is the market leader in Honda Motorcycle financing and serving more than 3 millions active customers in all province of Indonesia. The Company based in Jakarta and supported by 152 branch offices and 368 point of services in all over Indonesia.

Management Development Program (MDP)
MDP is a one year development program to create and prepare FIF’s future leaders. It consist financing business process training and develop candidates competencies to be a great leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, last semester students are welcomed to apply
• Maximum 27 years old
• Willing to located all around Indonesia
