Infrastructure Staff
Work Location: Banten - Bumi Serpong Damai

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in monitoring incident and problem handling for all Data Center Equipment.
• Responsible for managing the preventive maintenance for those equipments.
• Supervise vendor in Data Center area.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education Vocational School (STM) or Diploma Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang/ Surabaya/ Balikpapan/ Makassar.
3. Fresh graduates are willing to apply.
4. Willing to work shifting (morning, day, or night) even in weekday, weekend or holiday

RPG Programmer Trainee
Work Location: Banten - Bumi Serpong Damai

Responsibilities:

• RPG is a popular programming language of the IBM Power i platform.
• You will be trained in our training center and you will gain deep understanding and practical experience on developing applications using RPG.
• After passing our training program, you will work in telkomsigma for at least 3 years.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
2. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
3. Having basic programming skill.
4. Good knowledge of SQL and Query.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Self motivated, independent, team player and quick learner.
7. Good command in English.
8. Must be willing to be trained and work in Bumi Serpong Damai.

Account Payable Officer
Work Location: Banten - Bumi Serpong Damai

Responsibilities:

• Review and control SOP and company policies
• Jurnal AP, reconsile data and report, especially for notes balance sheet
• Control payment process
• Verified payment request, and authorized to approved payment request for all companies
• Generate report AP outstanding on weekly basis, and responsible for monthly report for management
• Control expenses with vendor contract/ agreement and PO
• Control prepaid expenses

Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 Accounting with experience minimum 4 year as accounting staff of accounting supervisor
2. Have very good knowledge in Tax regulation, have experience with tax auditor
3. Honest, loyal, can work under pressure, neat, not careless and can going into detail
4. Have good analytical and communication skill, can work with team, have strong control skill
5. Very good in microsoft office system (word and excell), can speak and write in english
6. Have good logical thinking and leadership, willing to work hard and consistency
7. Experience background not from BUMN company or Bank
