General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related discipline from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience (no 1 - 13) for senior position and 20 years of experience (no 14 – 16) for principal position in Oil and Gas industry and must have hands-on EPC Work.
• Have experiences completing engineering/design at least an Oil & Gas engineering/EPC projects either upstream or downstream or have experiences in completing Conceptual & Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED & FEED (FEL-0, 1, 2, 3) in Oil & Gas Offshore & Onshore engineering/Petrochemical as Lead/senior engineer.
• Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Have ability in quality management and schedule, manpower planning and man-hour control of the related discipline of engineering work.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Able to develop the team member technical capabilities as part of the department development.
• Able to cooperate and keep effective cooperation with Client, vendors, subcontractors and licensors to complete engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
