TransTV - PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia is one of the leading broadcasting television companies in Indonesia. TransTV operated as a part of PT Trans Corporation, a business unit of CT Corp in the field of media, lifestyle, and entertainment. Trans TV main studio located in South Jakarta and all of its programs broadcasted in all over Indonesia.Trans TV is a company owned by TRANS CORP, which is also the owner of the TRANS 7. Obtaining permission to broadcast in October 1998 after it passed the test of feasibility by a team of inter-government department, then from the date of December 15, 2001, TRANS TV began broadcasting officially. Trans TV obtained a broadcasting license in 1 October 1998 and started its broadcasting activities on 15 December 2001.
