SPV. PURCHASING
Work Location: Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Receive and review the letter of demand for goods from all parts of either the daily or monthly.
• Conduct an examination of the accuracy of the examination with the budget and or needs.
• Collecting data on suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery and quality of goods they offer as a supplier of data for selection.
• Purchasing process of starting an application, quotation, preparation of administrative completeness to the control of each purchase.
• Conduct a review and recap of purchase per month and accuracy analysis based on the budget.
• Coordinate with other parties to the suitability of the specification of goods and delivery time

4. Technical Ability: Administration, Basic Marketing and Communications, Computer (Ms. Office) and English

Design Graphic
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements :

• Female
• Age max 27 years old
• Education min D3 majoring Design Graphic / Visual Communication Design
• Have Experience min 2 years as Design Graphic
• Excellent In visual layout, drawing and illustration skills
• Excellent ini Photoshop, Art Work, Video Editing, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Flash and illustrator or Freehand
• Demonstrates proficiency in creating new ideas/concept
• Work great under pressure, multi tasking skills, detail orientation and target achievement orientation
• Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in an team environment

Account Executive
Work Location: Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales activities, to implement a program to run goes according to plan.
• Update the account profile, uintuk know the profile of the cover per year, as the information data.
• Create a sales plan and execution for sales support program
• Make a plan promotional programs, along with the implementation and evaluation, to support sales.
• Creating daily and monthly reports related to sales
• Implementation and monitoring campaign and the installation program promotional materials, to suit the promotional program.

Requirements:

1. Male / Female, age maximum 30 years.
2. Minimum D3, all majors
3. Experience as an Account Executive at least 1 year
4. Communicative and oriented to service excellence
5. Having the ability to work with the target system oriented
6. Full of initiative, and responsibility
7. Ability to work as individuals and team
8. Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
9. Have English language skills both oral and written

Cost Analyze
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of operational expenditure of each department.
• Analysis of personnel expenses.
• Cost analysis and research formed the basis of standard policy expenditures.
• Analysis of the estimated cost of both equipment purchases, supplies or services in accordance with PKD each Department.
• Coordination with the admin work units each department to ensure data availability in terms of both time of reporting or the accuracy of the data supporting the report.

SPV. TRACER
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and supervision for the tracer
• Building a Partnership
• Monitor and help smooth the task of tracer
• Make a daily report, weekly and monthly
