Front Desk Agent
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Front Desk agent is Responsible for the stays of guest in the hotel. He or she maintains the guest folder from arrival to payment on departure. Depending on the individual hotels, he or she may also :
- Manage the telephone switch board and take reservation
- Manage the till and prepare bills
- Look after some items of accountancy refunds, payment of invoice deffered by travel agencies
- Minimum Vocational High School graduation majoring Hotel
- Minimum 1 years experience as Reception/Reservation in Front Office Dept.
- Can operate Fidelio will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both oral and written, good skill in operating micro soft office.
- Have a good interpersonal communication skill, details & service oriented.
- Good personality, honest, self motivated and able to work under pressure
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- The Reservations is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Reservations area of the Hotel whilst on duty. All computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to reservations must be of high quality.You should strive to provide the most comprehensive and accurate information, to telephone callers, guests and other staff and Departments of the Hotel, bookings, providing hotel facilities information
- Minimum Vocational High School graduation majoring Hotel
- Minimum 1 years experience as Reception/Reservation in Front Office Dept.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Executive is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area region. This position is accountable for booking individual and / or group business on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospect.
- Minimum Bachelor degree graduation majoring Hospitality Management / Administration
- Minimum 1 year as Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Executive
- Good attitude and high motivation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Service oriented person
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate overall activities of the Housekeeping Department. To supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and attractive appearance in Guest accommodation and Public area. To check all the laundry operation and make sure all the procedures / operations are applied according to the standard. Responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to employee development programs. Give direction and control all activities relating to the Housekeeping dept. Ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objective.
- Minimum Diploma degree graduation majoring Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year as Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Good attitude and high motivation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Service oriented person
