IT Database Developer
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Design the optimal database structure
  • Install and configure database
  • Develop database and related stored procedure
  • Provide optimized query for developers and database operators
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): database analysis and design, data normalization, archiving and indexing procedure, SQL.
  3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

HR COORDINATOR (ASST. MANAGER)

Requirements:

  3. Experiences with IT Solution Company or related is preferred

Senior Drilling Engineer
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Rig inspection and mob/demob of rig
  • Drill string design and drilling hydraulics calculations
  • Choosing drill and core bits, well deviation calculations, fishing
  • Design and monitor the drilling of wells and other rig based activities such as workforce
  • Prepare well designs summaries and detailed drilling programs
  • Providing QA/QC support to all operational activities within the wells team
  • Operate within the procurement process to identify and obtain the most cost effective materials for the drilling campaign
  • Locate and appraise new technology and equipment for more cost effective operation
  • Track and monitor contractors’ performance against their commitments to the drilling plan and delivering well safely, on time, within budget, fit for purpose and meeting all objectives
  • Identify any variation in the schedule and the planned schedule and undertakes an analysis and modification to the drilling plan. Discuss activities with the rig and identify actions to be taken on any variances to the plan
  • Planning of operations with due regard to safety of personnel, the environment and equipment
  • Ensure that the contractors are meeting their obligations in terms of staff, equipment and material to perform the agreed contractual obligations adequately
  • Prepare/review and complete end of well reports
  • Coordinate a team (G&G, RE and PT personnel, contractors and service company personnel) to conduct all well related operations from initial design and construction phases through to well delivery and end of well reports
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  2. Minimum 10 - 15 years of work experience with a strong operating company
  3. Relevant hands on experience in all aspects of related drilling activities as mentioned above
  4. Knowledge and understanding of well pressure control (blowout prevention, drilling and coring bits, well deviation, fishing, drilling locations for exploration ventures in remotes areas, derrick loading determination, calculation of maximum allowable wear of Kelly, drill string design, calculation of loads in wire, drilling hydraulics calculations, calculation of dogleg angle and severity, calculation of bore hole position and fishing
  5. Possess good analytical drilling engineering skills
  6. Written and oral communication, presentation and reporting skills is also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Exploration & Development Department deliverable
  7. Strong leadership capability and ability to coach and mentor junior team members
Sales Administrator
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Provides support and assistance to the AP sales team – specifically the Account Managers for Indonesia, and works across a broad client base including various global accounts
  • Works independently with sales, licensing, accounting, and support to enter and process standard to intermediate customer orders
  • Enters standard to intermediate license requests to ensure product delivery prior to invoicing
  • Generates both standard and non-standard quotes to support sales efforts including software, maintenance renewals and services related orders
  • Works with legal and finance to review contracts/deals from a compliance perspective
  • Provides general data to finance to close orders and process them for invoicing
  • Provides support and assistance to both the local AP Sales Admin Team and the Global Sales Admin Team as and when require
Requirements:
  1. Preferable female
  2. Bachelor or Diploma Degree
  3. Min 4 year experience preferable from oil and gas industry
  4. Ability to create and sustain strong professional relationships with members of other departments
  5. Excellent customer service skills
  6. Highly organized and pays attention to detail
  7. Effective time-management skills – able to successfully work within fixed deadlines
  8. Able to work additional hours during peak periods
  9. Competent in Microsoft Office Applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
IT Quality Assurance

Requirements:
  1. Male
  2. Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Management or other relevant majors from a reputable university
  3. Preferably having 3 years experience in Business Requirements/Change Requests Analysis, Quality Assurance and Application Testing in IT Field (Internet Banking)
  4. Good understanding in Testing Methodologies
  5. Familiarity with Internet and/or Mobile Banking functionalities
  6. Able to work as a team or individual with minimum supervision
