Field Collection (Code: FC)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting the process of collection
• Reporting to Supervisor Collection

Requirements:

1. Minimum High School Education
2. 2 years experience as a Field Collection
3. Strong communication and negotiation skill

Marketing Financing/ Funding (Code: MF)

Requirements:

1. Male/ female, age max 35 years old.
2. General Diploma/Bachelor Degree education.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Lending for Financing Marketing.
4. Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Funding for Funding Marketing.
5. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply if your have interest in Marketing.
6. Preferably have a relationship/ networking.

Collection Supervisor (Code: COLLS)

Responsibilities:

• Creating Reporting to the Regional Collection Manager
• Responsible for the Supervision Field Collector in Unit
• Responsible in the process of Collection Area
• Dealing with problem loans

Requirements:

1. Education Min Diploma
2. 3 years experience as a Field Collection/ 1 Year as Collection Supervisor at Banking
3. Understanding the auction process as well as legal
4. Understanding the Credit Risk Management
5. Have the capability to negotiate
