Account Officer

Work Location: Surabaya, Jakarta

Requirements

• Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old
• Min D3, experienced as account officer in bank, preferably min 3 years in sharia banking
• Have a good analytical, negotiation and selling skills
• Communicative, tenacious, not easily give up, honest, motivated and high mobility
• Computer literate min MS Office
• Have a good knowledge in Islamic banking products
• Have a good potential customers database

Rekrutmen Staff

Requirements

• Male/Female with maximum age 26 years old
• Min S1 / S2 majoring in Psychology from reputable universities
• Computer literate min MS. Office
• Having a good skills in instructing and assay scroring
• Mastering in behavior-based interviewing techniques.
• Honest, workmanlike, diligent and able to work under pressure.
• Understanding in the psychological tools.
• Have a good knowledge in the recruitment process flow.
• At least 1 year experienced in the field of recruitment and selection.
