Supervisor Engineering (SE)

Requirements:

• Hold min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced Supervisor / Chief engineer in high rise building management min. 4 years or senior Maintenance staff min. 5 years
• Able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
• Systematic, analytical and workmanlike
• Responsible and dedicated

Supervisor Housekeeping (SH)

Requirements:

• Male, min Bachelor Degree
• Experienced min 4 years as Supervisor Housekeeping in high rise building
• Have a good leadership and relationship
• Responsible and dedicated

Facility Manager

Requirements:

• Male, min Bachelor Degree (preferably from electrical engineering)
• Experienced min 10 years as Facility Manager
• Have a good knowledge in Building Management
• Responsible and dedicated
