PT Pasundan Resources - A private integrated oil and gas company with operations in major gas markets in Indonesia, is seeking for highly dedicated and qualified professional to help manage and grow its portfolio of upstream and downstream oil and gas projects in Indonesia.

Currently the Company is seeking highly qualified candidates to be placed in Jakarta for the following positions:

Commercial & Business Development Specialist

Position Requirements:

• A University degree in a relevant engineering, economics or geotechnical subject is a pre-requisite.
• Demonstrable experience of involvement in oil and gas Commercial and Business Development role.
• Proven track record in coordinating and capturing business opportunities for downstream oil & gas business.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing Laws and Regulations applicable to Oil and Gas activities in Indonesia.
• Established track record of dealing with Government authorities and obtaining approval/agreements in complex transaction systems.
• Good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary skills and be able to compile, analyze, interpret and present complex technical and commercial information both internally and externally to all stakeholders.
• Good technical and analytical skills with superb ability to effectively communicate ideas and analysis.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Project Engineer & Marketing

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Proven experience in oil and gas projects, petrochemical projects, plant layouts, piping works
• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant engineering design, construction, project management for petroleum, petrochemical and pipeline projects.
• Well-versed with engineering and project costing softwares.
• Well-rounded experience in handling all aspects of project legal matters in upstream and downstream oil and gas business or related field.
• Well-versed in BPMIGAS PTK 007 REV-II.
• Experienced in working and communicating intensively & effectively with relevant Government Authorities, Business partner and relevant outside parties.

Pipeline Engineer

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Proven experience in oil and gas projects, petrochemical projects, plant layouts, piping works.
• Experienced in preparing front end and detailed engineering design of oil and gas offshore and onshore projects.
• Able to prepare EPCI and bid documents.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant petroleum, petrochemical and pipeline design projects.
• Well-versed with engineering, pipeline and project costing softwares.
• Experienced in handling all aspects of project legal matters in upstream and downstream oil and gas business or related field.
• Knowledge of BPMIGAS PTK 007 REV-II is a plus.
• Experienced in working and communicating intensively & effectively with relevant Government Authorities, Business partner and relevant outside parties.

Legal Officer

Position Requirements :

• Degree in Law from reputable university.
• Experienced in handling all aspects of legal matters, inter alia: preparation and finalizing commercial contracts, due diligence, negotiation, in upstream and downstream oil and gas activities or related field.
• Experienced in working and communicating intensively with relevant Government Authorities, Business partner and relevant outside parties.
• Proven experience in providing legal advice for commercial transactions, projects, corporate legal and applicable regulations analysis.
