Mandala Airlines is an Indonesian-based low-cost airline company. Mandala Airlines is part of the Tiger Airways Holdings Limited with 33% shares owned. Saratoga Investama Sedaya became the majority shareholders with 51% and the remaining 16% by previous shareholders and creditors of Mandala.

Mandala Airlines supported by 2 Airbus A320-200 as its fleets. In February 2011, the Company's Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) has been reactivated and flights are expected to resume by April 2012 with flight from Jakarta to Medan on 5 April 2012 as its inaugural flight and flight from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur on 4 May 2012 as its first international flight.
